Safoa’s Elegance Beauty Store is an online retailer of skincare, haircare, body care, makeup, fragrances and men’s grooming products, based in Ghana. All references to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Safoa’s Elegance Beauty Store.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, even after an order has been placed. We also reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

3. Product information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images and pricing accurately. However, colours and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown due to photography, screen display or manufacturer changes. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Payment

We currently accept payment via Mobile Money. Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available to the areas listed at checkout, with fees calculated based on your delivery location. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control. Store pickup is also available where indicated.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Account responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
